What's a Big Bang?

Hot Girl Sunny is a community dedicated to creating content centering around the women of One Piece. We host a number of events, big and small. Currently, our largest event is a Big Bang!A Big Bang is a collaborative fandom event where authors and artists work together to create complementary pieces.Writers, artists and betas will fill out a participant form at the same time. They'll be paired up based on their rankings in the participant survey. Together, they'll decide on the direction of their project.Writers will work on a 15k word minimum fic based on their idea, and artists will develop 2 works of art to accompany it.Once completed, their project will be scheduled for release so each day gets to celebrate a different completed project!IT'S HERE!!! We host weekly challenges as a way for artists and writers to produce something fun and new each week!Each month, there is a 'goal' for creators. For artists, it may be shading, composition, or color. For writers, it may be dialogue, characterization or suspense! The goal is a way to try to improve a part of your creative process. In our server, we have a 'WIP's/feedback' channel where creators can discuss things they may be struggling with and get advice from fellow artists/writers!Each week, there is a prompt for the challenge. Prompts are suggested when a creator submits a work to the weekly challenge. These may be things like flying, horror, album cover(to name some of our past favs>.<) This gives creators a starting point as to what exactly to create!The weekly challenge is an honored tradition at HGS, and we look forward to the incredible submissions we get each week. It is amazing what you can do with just an idea and a goal!

Weekly Watch PartiesWe love a sleepover!
Currently, we have one regularly scheduled Watch Party events, One Pace! Members vote on which arc to watch and we get together to watch for about an hour.We currently offer two times for the Weekly Watch Party to accommodate more members! One is at 3 p.m. EST and one at 9 p.m. EST. We are always open to hearing suggestions on how to make these get togethers more accessible for everyone!!!
